Terms & Conditions
The amount of the Dining Credit depends on the length of the cruise. The Dining Credit is non-transferable, must be used during the cruise and cannot be applied to reservations made in advance through the online customer portal. The Dining Credit will appear as onboard credit on your account and will automatically be applied to eligible purchases made on board. Use of the Beverage Package and Internet Package is also limited to the duration of the cruise.
Cunard Signature Packages must be purchased for all eligible guests sharing a stateroom and are only available to guests who are at least 18 years old at the time of embarkation. Guests aged 17 and under travelling with two adults who have purchased a Signature Package will receive a complimentary non-alcoholic package. On cruises calling at U.S. ports, guests aged 20 and under may not order alcoholic beverages while the ship is in U.S. waters. Guests aged 17 and under travelling with one adult will be charged the adult price for the Cunard Signature Package and will receive the non-alcoholic Beverage Package.
Signature Beverage Packages must be purchased at least four days before embarkation. Cancellations are permitted free of charge up to three days before the start of the cruise, in which case a full refund will be provided. After this point, cancellations are no longer permitted. If the entire cruise is cancelled, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Travel and will be calculated based on the total cost of the cruise, including the cost of the Signature Beverage Package. The package cannot be transferred to another guest or another cruise; however, an upgrade to the Premium version is permitted. Cunard Signature Packages can be combined with Cunard Premium Fares, Cunard Smart Fares and Cunard Sail-Away Fares and are excluded from most special offers unless otherwise stated.
