The 249th ship Queen Anne forms a remarkable ocean quartet with the Queen Mary 2, the Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Victoria. For the first time since 1999, the traditional British shipping company will once again sail the world's oceans with four ships.

The name of the newbuilding is a tribute to the royal history of the Cunard company, after all, the ship joins a modern, luxurious fleet that honours the names of important English queens.

Now including that of Queen Anne (1665-1714), a queen of the developing constitutional monarchy and the golden age of the arts. She was regarded as an inspirational woman who was extremely popular with the people.
